Where do i start for my post today? Could offer up excuses but excuses do not accomplish goals! So made the decision to pickup dinner at Subway for the family and then I came home and rode my exercise bike! Did two miles....baby steps!!!
My goals are to ride my bike in the morning and evening then do an ab video for 30 minutes. How many times do you workout a week? Realistically I want to do four nights! My high-five goal is 6 nights a week!!!!!
You planning your Easter day menu yet! I am looking at lots of veggies and fruits! Have a plan -execute it and make it a success and enjoy the time with family and friends.

The Buck Stops HERE.....
Tonight made the decision to blog my weight loss adventure - calling it straight from my hips! I have battle weight fluctations all my life. At one point I was 135 lbs and a size 6 but life happened and I slowly added on pounds until I was at 220.
At that point I decided I had to do something - this was over 3 years ago - I joined a fitness boot camp. Wow was this an eye opener for working out - did it four nights a week for 6 weeks and over the course of 12 months I dropped close to 30 lbs. and felt awesome! But the weight slowly came back on to where I am now at 199 lbs.
At 50 years old it is time for me to get focused and take this journey to completion and reach my goal weight which is between 135-145 lbs. Right now I am doing this on my own - working out with my husband and daughter. Watching what I eat and making lifestyle changes in my life to reach this goal.
Putting my plans, actions and thoughts to paper hopefully will help me be more accountable. I love using humor in my day to day life and I hope to sue it here!!!
Hopefully you will follow me on this trip!!!!
